High-heeled shoes are quite special and ambivalent for ladies. Many of women have a love-hate relationship about them, because they can bring ladies beauty and discomfort at the same time. Let’s talk about the advantages and disvantages of wearing high-heel shoes.

First of all, a pair of beautiful high-heeled shoes stands for fashion and professional, and even represents wealthy or superior status. This idea has led women to believe that they are more beautiful, elegant and sophisticated when wearing heels. Also, if they put on one, they will express image of professionalism and be out-live fast moving trends and.In addition, function of lung and abdomen could be improved by means of tightening stomach and throwing out chest when putting on high heel shoes. Further more, wearing heels can help women prevent some diseases, such as kyphosis, gastroptosis, retroversion.

Regardless of such above-mentioned advantages, wearing high-heeled shoes over a long period of time brings much negative effect to girls, especially for feet health. The fact remains that putting on heels is harmful to one’s physical health, which is known to cause problems such as deformed feet and torn toenails. The risks of severe back problems and twisted or broken ankles are three times higher for a high heel wearer than for a flat shoe wearer. Recent studies have shown that nearly one-third of British women wearing high heels suffered from long-term healthy problems. Besides, putting heels chronically makes a lot of ladies feel uncomfortable, they need spend much time in adapting to this situation and tolerating huge pain.

On the whole, it’s not suitable to wear high-heeled shoes for a long time. Nonetheless, as a large amount of companys treat it as a requirement or dress code, alternating between flatties and high heeled shoes in the office becomes an useful choice. Meanwhile, it is important to note that no matter how fabulous they are, heels that too high is never a good idea.

High heels are inherently beautiful. Its thin heels and tilted shoe head are women’s biggest satisfaction. Along with a short-sleeved shirt and a short skirt, you will look extremely gorgeous.

However, the real story behind the beautiful scenery is the constant struggle with the pain and torture to the feet. But for me, this is a problem that can be solved only if you can select a perfectly suitable one for you. As a result, it is very important to share with you my personal experience on how to select a pair of right high heels.

1. Stability
I often place a pair of high heels on an even floor before I actually buy it. Then, I would give the shoes a slight touch. I have to feel sorry for its beauty and just give it up if it shakes strongly. It is because this suggests the high heels have a very weak stability. How could it keep a weight of more than 50kg if it can not stand firm itself.

2. Try it on
As we all know, a sexy feeling comes from a small and delicate foot. I do believe this is true. It also explains why most women would choose shoes that actually are a little smaller than the real size of the foot. However, such concept would lead your feet to constant pain. In my personal opinion, it is the most appropriate to select a pair of high heels at the evening. It is only because our feet would tend to be puffy and expand to the most after walking through a day. Under such circumstance, you can choose the most suitable size of shoes.

Anyway, do not buy any high heels that make you feel a little tight or loose.

3. Upper
I would mostly buy high heels made of real leather or cloth. The dermis includes cowskin, sheepskin, snakeskin. Only those shoes made of dermis are able to suck in sweet and stretch flexibly. More importantly, such shoes have a better breath, reducing the chance of having sweaty feet or suffering tetter.

4. Sole
I would check if there is a cushion fit on the rear bottom of the high heels. If so, it can prevent you from sliding accidentally. Some shoes have metallic cushion fit on them. Such shoes can endure bending and wear but tend to be quite hard.
